Opened summer 2013 is their inspired and prestigious Laurent Perrier Champagne Garden Room, the first of its kind. Craig's entertaining cookery demonstrations at the Royal Highland Show (pictured) are always warmly received too. Members of the top class Scotch Beef Club.
